This article will show you a step by step guide to completing a full inspection.
No Previous Rack Damage
If a rack has no previous damage assigned to it, you must confirm you have inspected the rack by tapping on the blue Complete Rack button. When you tap on the button to confirm the rack has been inspected, the button colour will turn yellow. This can be undone by tapping on the yellow Undo Complete button.
Confirming or Reclassifying Damage classification
All damage from previous inspections must be Confirmed or Reclassified before you can sign off the inspection. The reason for this might be that an existing #green risk damage classification may have changed to an Amber or Red risk Classification - this is known as Reclassifying Damage. All previously added damage is located under the Confirm Damage header. The numbers in yellow indicate how many items of damage have been confirmed out of the total amount of damage classifications for the selected rack.
Confirm
When an existing damage classification stays the same risk, tap on the Confirm button and the button will turn the same colour as the Risk of the damage classification. This can be undone by simply tapping the Confirmed button again and the button will turn back to default grey colour.
Reclassify
See How to reclassify a damage classification for more information on how to carry out this process.
Inspection Progress
Tapping on the grey Tick button at the top right corner of the Inspection Screen or tapping back brings you to the Inspection Details screen, which will show you the inspection completion progress.
The yellow progress bar shows how much of a warehouse or an area has been completed. You can tap Continue Inspection to return to the inspection screen.
The Complete Partial Inspection button is visible on the Inspection Details screen as at least one rack has been been inspected on this inspection, see How to complete a partial inspection for more information. |
Warehouse Progress
There is a warehouse progress bar located at the bottom of the Inspection Screen and the bar will start to fill up when all the racks have been inspected and the existing damage classifications have been Confirmed or Reclassified.
Rack Completed
When all the damage classifications have been Confirmed or Reclassified, and or if the rack has been confirmed to have been inspected, a yellow progress bar underneath the rack name will appear to indicate the rack has been inspected.
Area Completed
When you have inspected all racks in an area, you will see a yellow tick to the right of the area name in the dropdown and the name of the area will appear with a yellow background.
Site Completed
When you have inspected all racks in a warehouse you will see a yellow tick beside the warehouse and area name and the grey tick button at the top corner of the screen will turn yellow. The colour change on the tick button from grey to yellow signifies that you are now able to sign off and complete your inspection.
Inspection Details
Tapping on the Yellow Tick button or tapping back will take you to the inspection details screen where it will give you the option to continue the inspection or complete the inspection. Tap the yellow Complete Inspection button to complete the inspection.
Digital Signature
Write your signature in the box and if you make a mistake, tap the Clear button and start again.
Click the Mark as Complete button when you are happy with your signature. If during the inspection you added any damage classifications with either an Amber or Red risk you will be taken to the Assign Action screen where you will be required to fill in the details to assign the action associated with that inspection.
