This article will show you how to close out an action repair via the "Photo Evidence Required" functionality on the mobile app.
If you want photo evidence required when carrying out the repairs for your action, when assigning the action, you need to tap on the toggle to turn it on.
Photo Evidence Required
When closing out a repair with Photo Evidence Required, you will need to take an image as proof that the damage component has been replaced.
Tap on the To Do button on the damage classification card and a pop up will appear. Tap on Repair Done and you will be taken to the Image gallery where you will be required to take an image with your device’s camera or select an image from the device’s gallery. After you have done this you will be taken back to the image gallery and a thumbnail of the image will be displayed.
Tap on the blue Confirm Repair button at the bottom of the screen and you will be taken back to the Action screen. The damage classification card will be updated and the text in the grey button will change to Done and will turn the colour of the repairs risk.
Tap Evidence below the damage classification to view or delete the image. If you delete the image the repair will be set back to To Do.
