This article will we discuss an unfinished action and show you how to close out an unfinished action repair.
Unfinished Action
If an action has an Unfinished status then at least 1 repair hasn't been closed out. You are still able to Export & Share the action report on this action as it was completed, albeit you weren’t able to fully close out all the repairs. The action report will detail which repair or repairs were closed out and which ones weren't.
Closing out Repair
Go to the damage classification card or cards that you were unable to fully close out and tap on the grey Can’t Do button and a pop up will appear and then tap on Repair Done.
You will be prompted to confirm you want to set this repair to done and tap on the Yes button to confirm you want to do so. The grey tick at the top of the screen will turn yellow and you will be able to sign off and complete the action.
| After signing off the Unfinished action as complete, the Action Report will be updated to reflect that the outstanding repair or repairs have been closed out. |
