This article will show you what you can do from the site overview page.
The Site Overview can be accessed by tapping on Site on the control panel to the left.
At the top right you have counters for the number of inspections, the number of schedules (Manage), and the number of actions. The blue button beside each counter is a link to All Inspections, All Managed Schedules and All Actions linked to your site.
There is also a Blueprint button, when tapped, brings up the blueprint information for the site. From here you can see a list of your warehouses, an indication of whether or not your site blueprint is in build mode, and a View button, which takes you to the site blueprint.
| If you have an admin permission you will see the Edit Details button.This will take you to the Edit Site page. From here you are able to edit the site details. Tap the blue Save button to save changes, or Cancel to ignore your changes. |
List Previews
There are four list previews on the Site Overview: All Inspections list, All Managed Schedules list, All Actions list and Users list.
There is a link that takes you to the full list in the top right corner of each list preview. Hovering over a row in the list preview reveals more options. For instance, if you hover over a row in the inspections list preview of a completed inspection, it will give you the options to export a report or view the inspection.
Tabs
The Site Overview has tabs at the top of the page that link to Warehouses, Inspections, Schedules, Actions and Users. The tabs link to the same pages as the links on the control panel to the left.
Warehouses
Tapping the Warehouses takes you to a page showing a list of all warehouses at the site. Each row in the list shows the warehouse name and its dimensions in metres. Hovering over a row shows the View button. Tap here to view this warehouse on the site blueprint.
