Forgotten your password? This article will show you how to reset your password on the web app.
From time to time you may forget your password and it is easy to reset your password on the Econform web app.
On the login screen tap on the blue Reset Password text above the Sign In button.
Enter your email address into the field and when you do so the Request Code button will become active and turn blue in colour. Tap on the Request Code button and an email with a 6 digit password recovery code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the code into the field and when you do so the Submit button will become active and turn blue in colour. Tap on the Submit button.
Enter your New Password into the field and then Verify your new password by entering the same password into the bottom field. When you have entered the same password into both fields, the Submit button will become active and turn blue in colour. Tap on the Submit button to confirm your password change and you will then be taken to the login screen.
