This article will show you how to pause and resume an inspection schedule. This can only be done on the web app.
Pausing a Schedule
You may want to pause an inspection schedule if you are going on holiday or taking a leave of absence from your organisation. When you pause an inspection schedule, you will stop receiving notifications to your mobile device. The recurring scheduled inspection will also not show on the web (Schedules tab) or on the mobile app (Dashboard).
- Tap on Schedules on the control panel on the left and you will be taken to the Schedules page.
- Tap on the Manage Schedules tab and you will see your schedule in the list below.
- Hover your cursor over the row and the Pause and Delete hover buttons will appear.
- Tap on the Pause button and your inspection schedule will be paused.
Resume a Schedule
- Tap on Schedules on the control panel on the left and you will be taken to the Schedules page.
- Tap on the Manage Schedules tab and you will see your schedule in the list below.
- Hover your cursor over the row and the Resume and Delete hover buttons will appear.
- Tap on the Resume button and your inspection schedule will become active.
