The blueprint gives you a snapshot overview of the health and analytics of your site.
Web app
When you log into the app, the first page you will see is the Dashboard. Here you can see previews of your "My Inspections" list and the "My Schedules list", as well as inspection and damage analytics for your site.
| If you have permission to view multiple sites, you will see a Filter button displayed to the left of the organisation name. Filtering by a site allows you to see analytics for that site only. |
The Blueprint button located at the top right hand corner of the page is a link to your site layout where you can see a plan view of your warehouse detailing damage indicators of where damage has been recorded.
Analytics
Racking Damage | This section shows doughnut charts that highlight damage classifications by Component and Risk for your site. |
Damage Classifications | This section shows the number of red, amber and green risk classifications associated with your site. Tapping on View All Actions takes you to the Actions page, where you will be able to view, edit and close out corrective actions associated with your site. |
Total Inspections Conducted and Total Missed Inspections | Hover over each chart to see how many inspections were conducted or missed for your site. |
My Inspection and My Schedule List Previews
Inspections and schedules list previews allow you to see the first four rows of each full list. Hover your cursor over the rows on the list to display functionality buttons specific to your inspection or schedule inspection.
Mobile app
When you log into the app, the first screen you will see is the Dashboard.
Schedule
If you have a created an inspection schedule for your site, an Inspection Card will be displayed below the schedule heading during your schedule window.
Your schedule window is a period of time you have to carry out your scheduled inspection. For instance, if you have your inspection set to fortnightly then you have 14 days to carry out your inspection.
Tap on your Inspection Card to start or continue your scheduled inspection. Once you have completed your scheduled inspection, the inspection card will be removed from the dashboard, however the inspection card will still be displayed on your My Inspections screen.
Actions
Your latest action will, if you have one, be displayed below the action heading. You can view the full list of actions by tapping on All My Actions below. Tap on your Action Card to start or continue your action. The action can also be accessed on the actions screen of the mobile app.
